As part of the grants contest announced by the Training Center on February 8, 2020, at the decision of the Competition Committee, 30 local NGOs were funded, for the following directions:
The announcement of the contest is aimed at incentivizing the local NGO sector towards implementing the projects that will be directed at the enhancement of electoral capacity of political parties - stakeholders involved in the strengthening of competitive electoral environment, and at raising electoral civic awareness of young voters.
Grant projects funded on the first direction topic will be implemented through the period of June 15, 2020 - September 15, 2020 and will cover all regions of Georgia, while the implementation period of the grant projects funded on the second direction was determined from June 15 through August 14, 2020
