From January 22, 4th stage of Trainings of Precinct Election Commissions will be launched according to the Concept of Trainings developed for the January 28, 2016 Gardabani Municipality Chief Executive Special Elections.
The focus of Stage 4 will be episodic staging of polling day. Trainers of the Training Center and members of district election commissions will train the members of precinct election commissions at election precinct venues, following which commission members will perform practical episodic staging of the polling day (episodic staging envisages performing procedures to be conducted from 7:00 to 8:00 pm on the polling day, as well as those of drawing up a protocol summarizing polling results).
Stage 4 will be implemented on January 22-25.
