According to the concept of trainings developed for the Gardabani Municipality Chief Executive Officer January 28, 2016 Special Elections, on January 21, 2nd stage of trainings was held for the members of N 21 Gardabani district Election Commission.
Stage 2 involved provision of instructions to full composition of district election commission (13 members) in relation to episodic staging of polling day at polling stations (episodic staging envisages performing practical exercise of the procedures to be performed on the polling day from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, as well as drawing up protocols summarizing polling results).
