According to the concept of trainings designed for the October 31, 2015 Interim Parliamentary Elections, Stage 4 of trainings of members of precinct election commissions will be launched from October 24.
Stage 4 will focus on episodic staging of the polling day. The trainers of the Training Center and the members of district election commissions, will brief the members of precinct election commissions at the venues of election precincts. Following which commission members will perform episodic staging of the polling day (Episodic staging envisages the performance of practical exercise of the procedures to be performed from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm on the polling day, and the development of voting results summarizing protocol).
Stage 4 will be implemented on October 24-28.
