Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings via supporting of UNDP, in May 12-13, arranged the meeting with facilitators of Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings at Hotel “Georgia Palace Hotel”, Kobuleti, which should pass II stage of DEC member trainings.

Meeting consisted of two parts. First part was dedicated to the supporting guideline of DEC members, pursuant to which training was conducted for facilitators, on the following issues: receiving of PEC election documentations/inventories; voting process; summing up of voting results at PEC and DEC; reviewing disputes. Disciplinary and administrative responsibilities of election commission members; Decrees received by CEC.

The second part of the meeting was dedicated to review of trainings held on 30-31 April of 2010 – I stage by facilitators for DECs and on 1-5 May, 2010 for PECs.
