From May 1 through May 11, 2014 the Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings will carry out a rigorous training program for 114 trainers and 13 regional trainers of the Election Administration; following taking the training course the trained individuals will deliver training programs on the electoral legislation to the members of district and precinct election commissions.

The trainings are held with the financial support of the UN Development Program (UNDP) and the IFES, at the Hotel Kvarlis Edemi in Kvareli.
