On February 5 of 2014, Certification examination of the election officials began; examinations are being carried out via e-testing method.

Applicants can pass e-testing and if they receive enough points, they can receive certificates of election official.

Duration of the exam is one hour.  30 tests will be selected automatically in random mode for each participant. Minimum passing level is 24 points, in which case applicant will receive the certificate immediately.

From January 15, examinations tests were available for all interested parties (tests are used unchanged for certification exams), on web-pages of the Central Election Commission and Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings.

From January 15 to January 28, 5290 individuals passed registration for certification exams. Applicants passed registration procedures in few minutes via internet.

For exam observations, one NGO “Election Environment Development Centre” with 3 observers were registered.
