In order to promote effective and high qualified observer missions of local observer organizations on September 27, 2013 was started large-scale study project for local observing organizations registered in Central Election Commission of Georgia.
Project is implemented by the LEPL Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings together with the Central Election Commission and with the financial support of UNDP.
Within the program the next training was held on October 14, 2013. Participants were introduced with the updates of the election legislation, including other important issues, such as: role of the observer in the election processes, authorities of the observer and activities of the PEC on polling day.
Guidelines prepared by the Training Center were delivered to the participants of the training.
