According to the concept developed by the Training Centre for Municipal Elections, the IV stage of training will be held on September 23, 2025, for Precinct Election Commissions (PEC) conducting the polling process without the use of electronic devices.

The mentioned represents the final stage, which will be devoted to intensive practical training of PEC head officials (commission chairperson, deputy chairperson, secretary).

Within the framework of the specialized program, participants will strengthen their practical skills in managing pollimg processes and knowledge on the following key issues related to the mandate: prevention and management of procedural risks during polling; responding to election day announcements/complaints; compilation of summary protocols of polling results.

According to the training concept, after the IV stage trainings, an additional stage training component is envisaged for those head officials and members of PECs who did not attend the previous stages of the training or were replaced during the training.
