The CEC and the Training Center begin certification exam cycle – The registration process for the certification exams has been successfully completed. The Election Administration would like to thank all interested parties who actively participated in the registration process.
The members of the exam secretariats trained by the Training Centre will provide services to the citizens at the locations selected for passing the exam. Certification exams will be held in 37 examination centers operating throughout the Georgia: Tbilisi (4 exam centres), Gurjaani, Sighnagi, Telavi, Rustavi, Marneuli, Gardabani, Bolnisi, Tetritskharo, Mtskheta, Dusheti, Gori, Borjomi, Akhaltsikhe, Akhalkalaki, Ninotsminda, Sachkhere, Zestaphoni, Baghdati, Tkibuli, Tskhaltubo, Kutaisi, Ambrolauri, Tsageri, Senaki, Zugdidi, Khobi, Poti, Mestia, Ozurgeti, Batumi, Kobuleti, Daba Shuakhevi, Khulo (addresses of examination centers by municipality are given at the link in Georgian.)
According to the registration results, 640 citizens (443 women; 197 men) expressed desire to take the election administration officer certification exam. 2,705 citizens (2,214 women; 491 men), expressed desire to take the exam of precinct election commission head officials certification. 2,227 citizens (1,800 women; 427 men) expressed desire to pass the certification exam of precinct election commission members certification.
In the certification process exam tests approved by the CEC decree are used in an unchanged manner. Tests are available on the websites of CEC and the Training Center under the banner "Certification Platform". In order to promote an inclusive electoral environment, exams for election administration officials, precinct election commission head officials and members will also be conducted using tests translated into Armenian and Azerbaijani.
To prepare for the exam, an interested person can take a mock certification exam. For this purpose, one should visit the banner “Certification Platform” posted on the websites of the CEC and the Training Center. The software visuals of the mock exam match the format of the real exam. The mock exam uses tests from the real exam, including those translated into Azerbaijani and Armenian.

For the attention of those willing to pass the exam:
The examinee will be admitted to the certification exam only once, according to the examination center indicated in the registration card, indicating the examination date and time.
For the purpose of going through the admission procedure in the examination hall, the citizen must appear at the center 10 minutes before the start time of the examination, examinee must hold the identity card of the citizen of Georgia or the passport of the citizen of Georgia.
During the exam, the examinee is prohibited from: leaving the examination hall; use of normative acts, law commentaries, manuals, records or other similar material; speaking, giving or receiving help, obstructing another person in any way; access and use of technical means, including mobile phone.
An examinee who does not show up for the exam, shows up late, or violates the established rules during the exam, will be removed from the exam.
Certification exam is being conducted via e-testing method. The duration of the exam is 1 hour. 24 exam tests are automatically selected for the examinee in the electronic program, using a random selection method, the correct answer for each test is evaluated with 1 point. To receive a positive assessment, the examinee must score 15 points. The validity period of the certificate is determined by the period of 5 years after passing the exam.
