On May 23, an evacuation training exercise was conducted for election administration employees. The simulation was successfully carried out, enabling employees to gain practical knowledge about emergency situations and how to effectively manage the evacuation process.
Conducting evacuation training helps prepare employees for emergencies by making the evacuation process more efficient and organized. During the training, the performance and effectiveness of the emergency response team are evaluated. Employees gain practical experience in evacuation procedures, first aid, and other essential skills.
Creating a safe working environment and ensuring the safety of employees is one of the top priorities of the election administration. Conducting training in accordance with the requirements of Georgian legislation enables the organization to identify shortcomings in the evacuation process, equipment, and fire and alarm systems, and to take appropriate corrective measures when deficiencies are detected.
