On May 8, 2023, the training program for trainers was launched for the project "Election Administrator Training Courses".

Acquaintance with technological innovations integrated in the election process and promotion of civil awareness raising - CEC deputy chairman Giorgi Sharabidze and the director of the Training Centre Natia Zaalishvili briefed about these goals of the project at the opening of the event. As they mentioned, the "Election Administrator Training Courses" are one of the important components of the continuous educational process, which corresponds to the strategic plan of the Election Administration and provides for the strengthening of the election culture.

Training of trainers will be carried out until May 24. The Training Centre provides the training of 207 trainers, whose resource will be directed to the implementation of the informational-educational program in 64 municipalities at the next stage. Citizens who will undergo the appropriate registration through a special electronic platform (Konkursi.cec.gov.ge - available in Georgian) or in the District Election Commissions, according to the registration conditions given at the following link- https://tinyurl.com/4t7kxdm7, will participate in the project.

Within the framework of the informational-educational course, persons interested will receive information on the functioning of the voter verification machine, the electronic vote counting machine, and other important aspects of the activities of the Precinct Election Commission.
