For the By-Elections of Senaki Municipality Sakrebulo to be held on October 1st, 2022 some election procedures will be implemented using electronic technologies within the framework of the pilot project in the local majoritarian electoral district N64.04. Members of the Precinct Election Commissions underwent special trainings on the mentioned issues, in accordance with the concept developed by the training center.
Due to the concept of trainings, members of Precinct Election Commissions were trained with profile programs. Based on practical training, the members of the commissions were acquainted in detail with the technical and procedural issues of using the voter verification machine and the electronic vote counting machine during the voting process. The heads of the election commissions also worked intensively on the technique of drawing up a summary protocol of the voting results.
Through the period from August 30 to September 26, the trainings for Precinct Election Commissions’ members were carried out in four stages (8 training sessions). A trainer trained by the training center conducted trainings.

On September 16, the Training Centre conducted an instruction for the N64 Senaki District Election Commission members, at the meeting, the activities to be implemented within the mandate of the commission and the functioning of the machines used in the voting process were discussed in detail.
The program implemented in the direction of promoting the qualification of members of election commissions aims to increase the effectiveness of the work of election commissions for the By-Elections of October 1, 2022, as well as to improve the relevant service for voters and involved parties.
