The CEC Training Centre finished the re-training course for the CEC Contact HUB center operators for October 2, 2021 Municipal Elections.

II stage of the training was held on September 28, within which the participants were introduced in detail to the measures to be implemented to prevent the spread of infection caused with novel coronavirus and E-Day procedures, among them:

• opening the election precinct and procedures to be carried out prior to the polling;
• polling process;
• protection of voters' personal data and regulations of photo-video recording;
• closing the election precinct and procedures to be carried out prior to opening the ballot box;
• compiling of a summary protocol of the voting results;
• registration of the polling day applications/complaints.

Partipants got acquainted with the procedures to be implemented using technologies in N4 Krtsanisi electoral district; issues of ensuring the participation of voters temporarily residing in stationary-medical facilities and isolation (quarantine, self-isolation) and in penitentiary facilities.

The training was held in the question and answer mode; participants received exhaustive information about the issues of their interest.

The training course aims to enhance the qualification of the CEC Contact HUB operators, to ensure that they provide exhaustive information around elections related matters to interested individuals.
