The individuals willing to pass the certification exam for the Election Administration officers will be able to undergo distant registration for the exam, from 10:00 am on November 4, to 00:00 am, November 17, including weekends, at the following electronic address: http://registration.cec.gov.ge/ 

Registration instruction:

• An applicant will fill out the fields of the electronic application – personal number (according to a citizen of Georgia ID card or a citizen of Georgia passport) and name and last name;
• After the above step, the following fields of the electronic application – name, last name, date of birth, gender and address will be filled out automatically;
• Applicants are also advised to fill out the contact details fields – telephone number and e-mail address;
• Applicants will select a field of consent to personal data (based on a consent, in case an applicant receives positive assessment at the certification exam, personal data (name, last name, date of birth, gender, address, telephone, e-mail address) will be disclosed to the parties with electoral registration and local observer organizations registered at the CEC, in case such information is solicited in writing from the Training Center);
• At the time of registration, applicants will select an exam venue (Tbilisi or Kutaisi), as well as date and time (hour) of an exam;

It is worth noting that up to present, certification exams were held at the exam center in Tbilisi, while, this year, for the enhancement of cervices, an additional new exam center was opened in Kutaisi;

• Upon sending the completed electronic application, applicants will receive automatic electronic confirmation of registration (with the indication of the date, time and venue of an exam).

For registration, applicants can also apply to the Certification exam centers, from November 4 through November 17, 2019, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, except for the weekends and holidays, at the following addresses:

• 13^th, D. Aghmashenebeli Alley, Tbilisi (the CEC Administrative Building);
• 31, Ilia Chavchavadze Ave., Kutaisi (N 59 Kutaisi District Election Commission Administrative Building).

For registration at the exam centers, applicants shall submit a citizen of Georgia ID or a citizen of Georgia passport.
