Certification exam of the Election Administration officers will be launched from November 25, 2019. The Training Center will implement the certification exams.

Representatives of accredited local NGOs and international organizations will be admitted as observers at the Exam Centers for supervising the exams process. For accreditation, interested entities shall Apply to Certification Exam Centers, from November 4 through November 17, from 10:00 am to 18;00 pm, except for the weekends and holidays, at the following addresses:

• 13^th, Aghmashenebeli Alley, Tbilisi (the CEC Administrative Building);
• 31, Chavchavadze Ave., Kutaisi (N59 Kutaisi DEC Administrative Building).

No more than three observers will be allowed at the exam hall (only one observer from the same organization will be allowed to the exam hall, except for the case when only one organization has taken accreditation). Based on the number of accredited observers, a casting of lots will be held in order to determine the sequence of admitting the observers into the exam hall.
