CEC and Training Centre hosted young participants from project of organization “Multiethnic Resource-Centre of Civil Education Development”. Giorgi Sharabidze, CEC Deputy Chairperson met with them and discussed the importance of elections and engagement of citizens in the electoral process. In the framework of the visit, Erekle Kevlishvili, a representative of CEC Training Centre conducted seminar “Elections and young voter”; also, mock elections were held. Training Centre employees detailed them on voting procedures and electoral rights.

At the end of the visit, young people visited photo exhibition and library; they familiarized with historical documents and existing materials.

Open door day was held as part of the project “Informed youth for inclusive elections in Akhalkalaki and Ninotsminda municipalities” which is being carried out by non-governmental organization “Multiethnic Resource-Centre of Civil Education Development” in the frame of grant competition announced by Training Centre.
