On June 3-5, 2019, 1^st stage trainings for PEC members will be held according to the trainings concept (available in Georgian) developed by the Training Center for the Second Round of the Parliamentary By - Elections. The training will be delivered to PEC leadership.

The areas covered during the profile training program are powers of PEC leadership (organization, supervision and response) in the process of managing electoral operations on the voting day, including:

• opening polling station and procedures prior to the launch of the voting process;
• identifying procedural risks during the voting process and taking response measures;
• voters’ personal data protection;
• summarizing polling results at PECs and instructions for completing voting results summary protocol;
• the sealing of electoral documentation;
• regulations concerning photo and video shooting at PECs and electoral security;
• voting day applications/complaints;
• keeping voting day records book.

To promote enhanced procedural knowledge of PEC leadership, the training will be delivered using a combined methodology.
