On July 31, 2018, the deadline for receiving competition documentation presented by NGOs under the grant competition announced on July 17, 2018 has ended. A total of 35 grant proposals have been submitted for the competition topic – Local broadcaster for informing voters and raising their electoral awareness.

The Secretariat of the grant competition commission formed as part of the competition would continuously provide to interested individuals information as to the rule of submitting competition documentation, via a hotline.

The Rule of Awarding Grants governs the rule of examining the matter of submission of full competition documentation by NGOs. NGOs are allowed to fix competition documents that have not been submitted in full within the established timeframes. The secretariat of the grant competition commission coordinates this interaction with NGOs, via sending relevant e-mail and SMS to their phone. The above-mentioned provides additional means for proactive cooperation of the Training Center and the CEC with NGOs.
