Name of the project: Training Program “Developing Professional Skills of Trainers” for DEC members and CEC regional coordinators
Aim of the project: to retrain members of district election commissions to ensure effective implementation of civic electoral training projects as part of the election administration mandate and forming a qualified resource of trainers in order to ensure implementation of various projects planned for civic electoral education for 2018
Target group: DEC members and CEC regional coordinators
Modules: training planning and structure; training program design; training delivery methodology; summarizing training/assessment mechanism; technique for designing and using a trainer’s manual/guide; trainer’s professional and general skills; presentation skills
Period of implementation: February 19 – March 8, 2018
Place of implementation: Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi
Statistics: in total 108 participants took part in the training, among them men – 59, women - 49
