The representatives of OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights and National Democratic Institute (NDI) have attended training of the trainers of election administration organized by the Training Centre in Kvareli, on September 17.

Natia Zaalishvili, the Director of the Training Centre, provided the representatives of the observation missions with the information regarding the training program, training system and methodology for the trainings of DEC and PEC members for October 21, 2017 Elections, as well as, information about the Training Centre’s projects elaborated for the electoral stakeholders and voters.

ToT was conducted from August 29 to September 20 with the support of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES).

166 trainers have participated in the retraining course.

The representatives of OSCE/ODIHR observation mission have been introduced to the Training Centre’s activities regarding the implementation of Certification Exam of Election Administration Officials; visited the examination room and received information about E-format of organizing/implementing the certification process.
