According to the Training Concept developed for the Parliament of Georgia October 8, 2016 Elections,  from September 30 through October 4, fourth stage of trainings of members of precinct election commissions was held. The focus of the training focus was episodic staging of the polling day.

At polling station venues, trainers of the Training Center and members of district election commissions briefed members of precinct election commissions; this was followed by episodic staging of the polling day by commission members (Episodic staging involved performing practical exercise of procedures to be conducted from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm on the polling day, and those of drawing up summary protocol).
