According to the Training Concept developed for the Parliament of Georgia October 8, 2016 Elections,  from September 30 through October 4, fourth stage of trainings of members of precinct election commissions was held. The focus of the training focus was episodic staging of the polling day.

The statistics of training attendance:

Total number of elected/appointed members during the trainings period - 47 238

Number of training attendees - 41 879

Attendance rate - 88.6%

Gender composition of PEC members attending the trainings
