The Election Administration of Georgia provides information to the voters at all stages and by all means for the Parliamentary Elections of of Georgia. Within the framework of an effective and instant communication platform, the CEC contact hub serves the citizens continuously. Depending on the importance of the mandate, profile retraining of operators is systematically carried out.

On September 14, the Training Centre held another informational-study meeting with representatives of the CEC Contact Hub, within the framework of which the participants were additionally briefed on election technological innovations and received detailed information on the election services implemented for voters to ensure participation in polling.

Attention was focused, among others, on the following important issues:

• service for facilitating changes to the unified list of voters;
• rule of voter entry in portable ballot box list;
• services for voters using wheelchairs.

Within the preparatory phase for the elections, CEC contact hub operators will be gradually trained on thematic issues.
