In the period of June 4-9, 2023, the CEC Training Centre conducted a cycle of seminars on the topic "Elections and Electronic Technologies" in partner universities. Within the framework of the event, students of various faculties got acquainted with international trends in the use of technology in elections and discussed Georgia's experience of using electronic devices in the voting process.

12 informational meetings were held in 5 higher educational institutions operating in Tbilisi and regions. About 200 students took part in the meetings from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Ilia State University, East European University, Grigol Robakidze University (representation of Tbilisi and Batumi), Yakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University.

Young people evaluated the course positively, they were directly involved in the simulation of polling process using electronic devices and gained practical experience by participating in mock elections.

The ongoing active information campaign under the auspices of the CEC and the Training Centre is focused on popularizing the innovations introduced in the election process and promoting the formation of young people as active, informed voters.
