From November 5 through November 7, 2019, The Training Centre implemented the Training Program "Trainer’s Professional Skills Development" for the staff of various structural units of the CEC.

Maia Gudadze, Head of the Training Programs Division of the Training Centre familiarized the participants with various important topics through sharing practical experience. As a part of the three-day training, the participants discussed the following key modules:

• Planning and structure of a training;
• Training program design;
• Training delivery methodology;
• Mechanisms for training evaluation;
• The technique for developing and using a trainer’s manual/guide;
• Trainer’s professional and general skills;
• Presentation skills.

24 members of the CEC staff took the training. At the end of the Training, Natia Zaalishvili, Training Centre Director, awarded certificates to the participants.

The above-mentioned training was implemented by the Training Center in cooperation with the CEC HRM Department. It is aimed at supporting institutional development according to the Election Administration’s Action Plan.
