On May 19, 2019, electoral technologies will be piloted at By - Elections scheduled in Tskaltubo and Tkibuli Municipalities, namely, voters will vote using an electronic voting and vote counting special device.

To extend qualified services to the electorate, including to ensure voters’ participation in polling through modern technology, on May 11-15, according to the Concept of Trainings (available in Georgian) developed by the Training Center, trainings will be held for the members of Tkibuli N 57 and Tskaltubo N 58 district/precinct election commissions.

Trainings for the members of election commissions will be conducted through the cooperation of the Training Center and the CEC Voters’ Lists Formation and IT Department.

Trainings of DEC members will be held in one stage, while trainings of PEC members will be implemented in three stages:
