According to the Trainings Concept developed by the Training Center for the President of Georgia October 28, 2018 Elections 2^nd stage trainings of PEC members are held during October 3 through October 11 (The program envisages training 9 members from every commission). Stage 3 trainings will commence from October 12 for the leadership of PECs.  

The following key topics will be covered as part of the specialized training program:

• PEC powers in conjunction with voters’ lists;
• Organizational functions of PEC leadership in the process of opening polling stations;
• Oversight functions of PEC leadership in voting process and taking response measures;
• Organizational functions of PEC leadership in the course of closing polling stations;
• Oversight functions of PEC leadership during the process of counting and taking response measures;
• The powers of PEC leadership in the process of drawing up voting results summary protocol and the transfer of documentation to DECs;
• Voting day applications/complaints.

The trainings were delivered through practical methodology, to promote the enhancement of procedural knowledge of the members of election commissions.
