Training for the Operators of the Central Election Commission Contact Centre (II stage)

The Training Centre continues the implementation of training courses to support professional development of the CEC Information/Call Centre operators for October 28, 2018 Presidential Elections.

The goal of the above-mentioned training course is to enhance qualification of the CEC Information/Call Centre operators, to ensure that they provide exhaustive information around elections related matters to interested individuals.

On September 25, 2018, II stage of the trainings was conducted, as part of which Information/Call Center operators were familiarized with the following important issues:

  • Unified list of voters and its formation procedure
  • Special list of voters and its formation procedure
  • Mobile ballot boxes list and its formation procedure
  • Registration of representatives of electoral subjects and his/her powers
  • Registration of observer organizations and observer’s powers
  • Accreditation of media and its powers

The training was held in the question and answer mode, participants gained exhaustive information about issues of interest to them.

Implementation of the next stage of trainings is scheduled for October.
