Training for the operators of the Central Election Commission Contact Center

The Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training is ensuring trainings of the Contact Center operators, in order to increase their qualification. After completing the course, call center operators will provide information to interested parties on any matter related to the elections.

On July 30, 2016, 1st stage of training was held, as part of which the participants were introduced to the following issues:

  • Parliamentary elections – status and system;
  • updates around the Election Code;
  • rule of registration of electoral subjects;
  • registration of parties/electoral blocs;
  • submission of party lists;
  • nomination of majoritarian candidates;
  • rule of registration of initiative groups;
  • The rule of cancellation of registration of nominated candidates and candidates for initiative groups.
