According to the Trainings Concept Designed for the Gardabani Municipality Executive Officer (Gamgebeli) January 28, 2016 Snap Elections, the Training of trainers of the Election Administration was launched on December 27; the employees of the Training Center will deliver the training.

The trainers of the Election Administration, through the Training Course designed by the Training Center, will acquire knowledge in such important areas as:

• Trainer’s guide – a trainer’s guiding principles and code of ethics, presentation skills, audience management, conflicts management, time management, feedback and knowledge assessment mechanisms;
• concept of trainings of members of precinct election commissions – the system and stages of trainings, training methodology, training materials;
• administration of trainings;
• activities of precinct election commission during the pre-election period;
• opening an election precinct and procedures to be performed before polling;
• the polling process (including the recommendations about treating PWDs at the polling station);
• closing election precinct, summarizing polling results;
• Polling day applications/complaints.

After taking the training course, the trainers will conduct intensive training programs around electoral legislation to the members of precinct election commissions of N 21 Gardabani election district.

The training of Election Administration trainers will be held in Gardabani town, at N 21 Gardabani District Election Commission and will run through December 28.
