For January 28, 2016 by-elections the Training Center designed manuals for the members of district and precinct election commissions, which were approved on December 24 under the CEC decree.

For Municipality Chief Executive Official By-elections to be held at Gardabani N 21 election district comprising 63 precincts, the Training Center developed the concept of trainings of district and precinct election commissions members, which envisages topic-specific training in stages. Specified schedules of trainings will be posted on the website of the Training Center according to stages.
