In 24 May, 2010, at 15:00 o’clock, Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings will conduct seminar for students at GIPA.

The following issues will be discussed at trainings:

• Election Administration;
• Accreditation, rights, obligations and responsibilities of press and other mass media.
• Pre-election campaign;
• Voting day:
• Election disputes.

Participants will be given guidelines compiled by Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings.
