According to the Trainings Concept designed for October 31, 2015 Interim Parliamentary Elections, the training of the Election Administration trainers has been launched. The employees of the Training Center will deliver the trainings.

As part of the training course developed by the Training Center, the trainers selected from the Election Administration pool of trainers will gain knowledge in such important topics as:

• “Trainer’s guide” – guiding principles of a trainer and code of ethics, presentations skills, managing audience, conflict management, time management, mechanisms of feedback and knowledge evaluation;
• concept of trainings of members of precinct election commissions– the system and stages of trainings, trainings methodology, training materials;
• administration of trainings;
• activities of precinct election commissions during the pre-election period;
• opening an election precinct and procedures to be conducted prior to voting;
• the voting process (including the recommendations on treating voters with disabilities within the polling station);
• closing election precinct, summarizing polling results;
• Application/complaints on the polling day.

After taking the preparation course the trainers will deliver intensive training programs on electoral legislation to the members of precinct election commissions of N 11 Sagarejo and N 65 Martvili ele3ction districts.

The training of the Election Administration trainers is implemented at the CEC Training Center and will run through September 27.
