The Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training, according to the 2015-2019 Strategic Plan of the Central Election Commission of Georgia, with the purpose of continuous professional development of Election Administration employees, continues gradual delivery of trainings for the CEC Apparatus and district election commissions new members.

On April 16, 2015, as part of the second run, the training was delivered to the CEC Public Relations, Coordination, Planning and Reporting and the Financial Department employees. Training participants learned about such issues as: the history of elections, the rule of staffing election administration and the term of authority, activities of district and precinct election commissions and polling day procedures.
