On March 25-26 Natia Zaalishvili, director of the CEC Training Center together with Otar Buskivadze, Head of the Planning and Procurement Department of the Central Election Commission (CEC) attended the 2nd International Conference in Bucharest, organized by the Permanent Electoral Authority of Romania. Main topic of the meeting was “Electoral Integrity and Regional Cooperation”.

At the meeting, participants shared their views and opinions regarding the election integrity, concepts, strategies of elections and case studies for the better planning and implementation of elections.

The meeting participants discussed how to develop and improve collaboration between the Election Management Bodies and planned the specific activities in this regard.

The conference was attended by the representatives of various Election Management Bodies and international organizations.
