The Center for Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training pursuant to the Central Election Commission of Georgia 2015-2019 Strategic Plan has developed the trainings directed at continued professional developmnet of the Election Administration Employees and envisages gradual delivery of the trainings to new members of the CEC Apparatus and district electoral commissions.

On March 9, 2015, the first cohort of the particpants, comprised by the CEC Public Relations and Planning and Procurement Departments employees took the training. The topics covered at the training included such issues as the history of elections, the rule of staffing election administration, and the term of authority, activity of district and prescinct election commisions and polling day procedures.
