Since 2010, the CEC Training Center has been delivering an intensive teaching program in electoral law, for the students of law, journalism, and social-political sciences at 16 higher educational institutions. As part of today’s event three more universities have joined the initiative of proactive cooperation in the direction of electoral civic education. These universities are: the Black Sea International University, Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani Teaching University and the Eastern European Teaching University.
