In May 10, 2010, 10:00 o’clock, Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings held trainings for penitentiary system staff at Personnel of Penitentiary and Probation Educational Center.

Participants will be given guidelines prepared by Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings.
