The Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings, jointly with the Central Election Commission Legal Department is providing trainings to the Contact Center operators.
The training will be implemented in two stages:
Stage 1 will be delivered on April 3-4, 2014, as part of which the participants will be familiarized with:
- the status and system of the Election Administration;
- the Election Code related updates;
- the regulation of self-government bodies elections (registration of parties/election blocs; rule of registration of initiative groups; submission of party lists; submission of candidates for the city council membership; submission of mayor/executive officer candidates);
- the parties engaged in elections and their legal standing (representative of an electoral subject; observer organizations and observers; media; voter and lists of voters);
- Electoral disputes and the circle of complainants.
Stage 2 will be delivered on June 9-10, 2014 and during this stage the participants will be familiarized with:
- prescinct election commission activities up to the polling day (lists of voters, setting up a polling building)
- prescint election commission activities on the polling day
- summarization of polling and election results.
