The Central Election Commission and the Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings have been implementing the educational program in electoral law at Georgia higher educational institutions since 2010.

In the second semester of the 2013-2014 academic year the curriculum is implemented at 7 higher educational institutions.
