As is known, by-elections for municipal councils will be held on October 3, 2026 in the municipalities of Tsalka, Akhmeta, Dmanisi and Vani. Of the polling stations established in the local majoritarian electoral districts, voting will be conducted using electronic means at 4 polling stations, while 3 polling stations will conduct voting in the traditional manner.
The CEC and the Training Centre have developed a range of information and training resources, considering the procedural specifics of the elections. The materials provide election administrators and persons entitled to be present at polling stations with information on their rights and responsibilities, ethical standards, and practical aspects of their activities. The resources aim to ensure the provision of qualified services to voters, facilitate the orderly conduct of the electoral process, and strengthen professional cooperation focused on the interests of voters.
