A certificate award ceremony was held at the LEPL Centre for Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training to mark the successful completion of the accredited basic professional development programme for public servants – the "Personal and Professional Competency Development Course."

The course was completed by 20 staff members of the CEC. Certificates were presented by CEC Deputy Chairperson Giorgi Sharabidze, Director of the Training Centre Natia Zaalishvili, and Head of the CEC Human Resources Management and Labor Safety Department Tamar Tsertsvadze.

During the ceremony, the speakers congratulated the participants on successfully completing the programme and emphasized that educational initiatives of this kind constitute an important component of strengthening the institutional capacity of the election administration. They noted that continuous professional development promotes the establishment of high standards, contributes to a more effective working environment, and further enhances the quality of public service.

As part of the programme, participants completed training modules covering ethics, administrative procedures, communication, teamwork, and effective service delivery. Particular emphasis was placed on practical exercises, knowledge sharing, and the development of skills directly applicable to everyday professional responsibilities. The training sessions were delivered by experts from the Training Centre.

The programme commenced on June 2, 2026 and concluded on June 29, 2026 with the certificate award ceremony. This training course represents one of the Training Centre's key educational initiatives aimed at strengthening the competencies of election administration staff and further developing the institution's professional capacity.
