LEPL Centre for Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training (Training Centre) is conducting the accredited basic program of professional development for professional public servants – "Personal and Professional Competencies Development Course" – for the employees of the CEC staff.
The course commenced on June 2, 2026, and will conclude on June 15 with a final exam. The event was opened by Natia Zaalishvili, Director of the Training Centre, and Tamar Tsertsvadze, Head of the Human Resources Management and Labor Safety Department of the CEC Staff. In their welcoming remarks, they noted that the program aligns with the strategic direction of institutional strengthening of the Election Administration and focuses on ensuring the smooth functioning of the public institution with high professional standards.
Within the scope of the program, the participants cover important topics from modules such as ethics, administrative proceedings, communication, teamwork, and effective service. The learning platform helps the employees of the CEC staff share experiences with one another, analyze complex practical cases, discover new tools for effective operations management, and further strengthen the skills required for the actual workflow. The training sessions are provided by the experts of the Training Center.
The Training Centre was granted accreditation to implement the professional development program for public servants in 2023 by the LEPL National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement.
