On October 18–19, 2025, representatives of the Centre for Electoral Systems Development, Reforms, and Training were on an official visit to the Republic of North Macedonia

Members of the delegation — Head of the Training Programs’ Department, Maia Gudadze, and Public Relations Specialist, Natia Sharashidze — met with the Chairperson of the State Election Commission of the Republic of North Macedonia, Boris Kondarko. They participated in a meeting organized for international observers and observed the voting process at polling stations on E-day.

The local elections were held on October 19, 2025. The Training Centre participated in the international observation mission at the official invitation of the State Election Commission of the Republic of North Macedonia.
