LEPL Centre for Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training (Training Center) implemented the project "Development of Trainer Professional Skills" from March 28 to April 4, 2025.

The profile training program included the following main issues: training planning, structure, delivery methodology; training program design; training summarization/evaluation mechanisms; techniques for compiling and using a trainer's manual/guide; presentation and other professional skills.

The project reflects the strategic objective of the Election Administration, aims to strengthen the corps of trainers with qualified resources, and creates the opportunity to increase the scope and scale of implementation of election informational-study projects.

Within the framework of the program, internal human resources of the Election Administration were trained as potential trainers. The trainings were conducted by the leading trainers of the Training Center. 65 people completed the trainer's professional skills development course.
