As part of the continuing process of professional training, the Training Centre conducted another informational-study course for CEC contact hub operators on October 16, 2024.
The purpose of the program is related to the support of the platform of effective and immediate communication with citizens on election issues. In this regard, the Contact Hub of the CEC plays an important role, which provides continuous information to the voters for the October 26 elections.
At the meeting held by the Training Centre, the participants were additionally briefed on the activities to be carried out by the Precinct Election Commissions on the E-Day and received information about the standards, the uniform fulfillment of which is essential in the process of providing qualified service to the voters. Attention was focused on such issues as: equal and accessible election services for voters; guaranteeing the free expression of the voter's will; secrecy of choice and protection of voter's personal data at the polling station; creation and support of an inclusive election environment; ensuring the conditions for unhindered observation of the process; publicity of preliminary voting results and summary minutes.
The trainings carried out by the Training Centre for CEC contact hub operators are an important part of the large-scale informational-training project preparing for the elections.
