Title: informational course "Organization of Electoral Processes in Penitentiary Institutions"
Goal: facilitating the participation of voters in penitentiary institutions in the October 26 elections within the framework of effective cooperation between the election administration and the penitentiary service
Target group: representatives of penitentiary institutions of the Special Penitentiary Service
Training modules: persons with active electoral rights in a penitentiary institution and guarantees of exercising the right; the manner of placing campaign materials and informational resources depicting voting procedures in order to inform the accused/convicts with the right to vote; arrangement of the election precinct created in the penitentiary institution and security standards; voting procedure at the polling station/by mobile ballot box created in the penitentiary institution; guarantees of secrecy of vote, free expression of will, protection of personal data; persons with the right to be in the polling station and their legal status; regulations for photo-video recording of the polling process at the polling station created in the penitentiary institution.

Attendance statistics: 27 representatives (women-2; men-25) of 14 penitentiary institutions of the Special Penitentiary Service participated in it.
