Representatives from the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Georgia and the Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings (Trainings Center) observed the Presidential Elections and the Referendum in the Republic of Lithuania.
On May 12, the delegation of the Election Administration (EA) of Georgia observed the process of voting and closure of precincts at the various electoral precincts.
As part of the official visit, representatives from the CEC of Georgia and the Training Center, along with the election administrations of foreign countries, met with the Chairperson and Members of the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Lithuania. During the meeting, representatives of the CEC of the Republic of Lithuania thoroughly spoke about pre-electoral environment and preparatory process for the elections.
The ongoing elections in the Republic of Lithuania was observed by the international observers: Dimitri Javakhadze and Ia Pirtakhia, Members of the CEC of Georgia, and Zurab Luashvili and Davit Makaridze, Representatives of the Training Center.
