The CEC and the Training Centre continue implementation of the new cycle of certification.
From February 19, it is planned to conduct certification exams for the Precinct Election Commissions’ members in 8 exam centers opened throughout Georgia: Telavi, Bolnisi, Marneuli, Gardabani, Tetritskaro, Akhaltsikhe, Akhalkalaki, Ninotsminda.
For the purposes of promoting an inclusive election environment, the Training Centre provided translation of the exam tests into languages understandable to ethnic minorities living in Georgia. The exam will be held in Georgian-Armenian-Azerbaijani languages and the translated exam tests will be used in the certification process in their unchanged form.

The mentioned tests are compiled in a profile manner - in accordance with the functions of the PECs’ head officials, includes issues from the Election Code of Georgia and the Regulations of the Precinct Election Commission, including questions on the aspects of technology use in the voting process.
Those wishing to take the exam have the opportunity to register for the exam in the period of February 8-14, 2024. In order to ensure publicity of the exam, on the same dates, representatives of local non-governmental and international organizations are authorized to undergo accreditation to receive the status of exam observers.
Registration of persons wishing to take the exam and accreditation of representatives of local non-governmental/international organizations is possible both remotely and through the secretariat at the respective exam centers. The remote registration/accreditation rule and the corresponding link will be posted and activated on February 8, 2024 on the Training Center website. The addresses of exam centers and exam secretariats will be published on the same date.
